Slade Properties (Pty) Ltd is a commercial development company that was established in 1996 and was aptly named after Mr. Steve Brookes' son "Slade".
To date Slade Properties has grown from strength to strength leaving an indelible mark through the exciting development of Winchester Green Centre and Northriding Square. Leading the way forward, it is to be noted that history is still in the making with Slade Square (in Somerset West, Cape Town) still in it's development stages. Winchester Hills in the south of Johannesburg.
Northriding Square is 19,495m2 and was built in November 2006. It is located in North Riding in the north west of Johannesburg.
